Angelina Diliberto Fallo is a second-generation New Orleanian. She grew up with the birth of jazz, when parades, music, and food began its constant tradition.

Angelina was fervently proud of her New Orleans heritage and growing up with the famous Louis Armstrong. "Louie was only famous in New Orleans when I asked him to play my wedding in 1920 and Louie always loved my sauce and meatballs."

About Angelina's

The origins of Angelina's Creole sauce come from the mid-1800s with the arrival of the Europeans in the United States through the port of New Orleans. With the influences of the Italians, French and Spanish, and the Creole and Cajun spices the New Orleans Creole Sauce was born.
